These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HPMC website, mobile application, and related rewards services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and of purchasing HPMC products in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
The Services allow eligible users to scan QR codes on authentic HPMC powder bags, earn points, and redeem rewards such as cash withdrawals or product-related benefits, subject to program rules, verification checks, and available inventory or payment rails.
Points have no cash value except as expressly offered through in-app redemption options. HPMC may modify point rates, eligibility, thresholds, and reward catalogs at any time.
Rewards are only available for verified scans of genuine HPMC products. Attempts to forge QR codes, reuse invalid scans, manipulate accounts, or otherwise abuse the program may result in denied rewards, account suspension, or termination.
You agree not to reverse engineer the Services, interfere with security features, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Redemptions, including mobile money withdrawals where offered, are subject to identity verification, minimum thresholds, processing times, and third-party payment provider rules. HPMC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect account details or external payment networks.
Submitting a dealer or partner application does not guarantee approval. Any commercial relationship is subject to separate agreements and HPMC’s acceptance criteria.
All trademarks, logos, content, software, and design elements in the Services are owned by HPMC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HPMC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HPMC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to HPMC for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any) or one hundred US dollars (or local currency equivalent), except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for HPMC or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise.
